Coming Soon – America’s First Designer Cottages Sales Village and Experience Centers
Since launching Designer Cottages, formerly Designer Series Tiny Homes, in 2015, one of the biggest questions we’ve received is when and where our floor plans would be available to view and purchase.
We’re happy to share that the first Designer Cottages Sales Villages where you can experience the luxurious, nature inspired designs of the Low Country and the Saltbox in person are in the process of opening to the public! The first location recently opened in Cashiers, NC and will have an Open House event in October. A second location in Casco, ME will open its doors in October 2018. Both locations are independently owned and operated.
Designer Cottages of Cashiers
Designer Cottages of Cashiers is in the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains in the quaint town of Cashiers, NC. Surrounded by forests and beautiful mountain waterscapes that exemplify the nature inspired designs of our homes, the Sales Village and Experience Center creates the perfect setting to experience the Saltbox and Low Country Designer Cottage homes.
The Cashiers location includes four of our modular models. The Sales Village features a Low Country model and a Saltbox model that are available to tour. The Experience Center also includes one of each model, built as park model RVs, but will offer the opportunity for interested parties to stay overnight and fully experience the simplified yet luxury lifestyle that comes with the Designer Cottages brand.

Designer Cottages of Point Sebago
Located on the banks of beautiful Sebago Lake in Casco, ME, Point Sebago, a Cove Community, has been providing fabulous family vacations for over 40 years. The resort will have two of our models – a Low Country PMRV and a Saltbox PMRV – for interested clients to walk through and experience the luxury and simplicity that these models offer.
